Highland Sheep Host Farm
Many thanks to the Sutherland family, hosts of NSA Scotland Highland Sheep, for their help with this short video filmed on their farm. The family's passion for producing top quality livestock is matched by their commitment to farming in a sustainable way and in every one of their 114 fields steps have been taken to improve the environment – a great example of our industry's credentials. In total the family has planted 43,000 metres of hedging and they are proud to look after habitats such as wetlands and water margins on the farm. The video also highlights a fantastic diversificaion project – their Braeside Retreats luxury pods.
NSA Highland Sheep 2019
You won't be able to watch this video without wanting to go to NSA Highlandsheep 2019 on June 12th! What a fantastic host family and exceptional venue for a day which promises to be packed with things to do and see (as well as the post-lambing craic with old and new friends). QMS is proud to support the event hosted by the Sutherland family at Sibmister Farm near Thurso.

Sharing a Pride in Environment and Welfare
The care and commitment shared by farming families throughout the country in looking after their animals and the land they farm, is powerfully distilled in this short film featuring Martin Kennedy and his daughter Katrina Kennedy. Many thanks to Martin, who farms near Aberfeldy, for sharing the family's pride in the environmental role of their cattle which provide a habitat for wildlife and deliver a carbon capture role via the grassland they graze.
